Number your pictures and documents on the back with a pencil or post it note
in the order you want them to be shown. (Using a pen or marker can damage
the photos). If photos are not numbered, we will decide the order for you
at a cost of $8.00 per 50 photos. If you submit the photos on a CD or disk,
the number of each photo should be the file name. Then send the photos
along with your music tracks and order form to the following address:

We have never
lost a single picture and you will receive your pictures back in the same
condition they were in when you sent them. If you have concerns please feel

contact us for other options.
The music that you chose for the video helps to set the tone. A slow song
can evoke strong sentimental feelings, while a faster song is a great idea
for your fun pictures and large group shots. Both types of songs can be
incorporated into the video to allow the audience to experience a broad
range of emotions. If you cannot decide on the music you should use, we can
make suggestions based on your preferences. Songs should be provided on a
CD with the title and track number specified on the order form. (If you
cannot supply the song, we can purchase it for you at a cost of $3.00 per
song.) The number of songs included in your video is based on the number of
pictures, but additional songs may be purchased.

When filling out the Detailed Order Form, please indicate the CD Name, the
Track # on the CD, the Picture #’s it will play over (example 1-25), and the
Track Title. If you are not including music please fill in as much
information as possible so that we can accurately select and purchase it for
you.
There are many different titles to choose from. There are opening titles,
titles shown between pictures, titles superimposed over a picture, or
scrolling titles. The opening title lets the audience know the subject of
the video. Titles between pictures often help to separate pictures by
person, time, or event. Names or special dates are often superimposed over
special pictures like a wedding, birth, or graduation date. A scrolling
title is most often used at the end of the video to give a special message
to its audience or recipient. Follow the directions on the order form on
how to send your titles.
When filling out the Detailed Order Form, please indicate which type of
title you would like. O= Opening Title, B= Between Pictures, S=
Superimposed, R= Scrolling, E= End Title. In the Pic # Column indicate
where the title will be shown. If it is the Opening title, put “0”(zero),
for titles between pictures indicate the picture # before and after the
title (for example “33-34”), for superimposed pictures simply put the
number of the picture the title will appear on, and if the title is at the
end put an “X”. In the Description column write your title. There is extra
space at the bottom of the page for long titles or scrolling
messages.
If you do not already have your pictures saved to a CD, we recommend our
Photo CD. Having your pictures digitally saved on a CD enables you to edit
or enlarge your photos, print them from home, or send them through email.
If you would like to include video clips in your photo montage, simply send
us the tape cued to where you would like it to start and the note the
duration of the clip. It is $15.00 for every clip up to 5 min. long.
(Limit 20 min. of video) We only accept VHS and MiniDV tapes.
